How do I subscribe to an RSS Feed in Windows Internet Explorer?

• Click the RSS Feeds RSS Icon button to view feeds on the Web page.
• Click Subscribe to this feed.
• Type a name for the feed and select the folder to create the feed in.
• Click the Add to Favorites Bar check box.
• Click Subscribe.
• To view subscribed feeds, click the browser's Favorites button, then click the Feeds tab.

On October 29, 2011, at about 2210 hours, the Escondido Police Department responded to a report of a vehicle theft in the area of the 200 Block of East El Norte Parkway. The reporting party indicated that her former boyfriend took her vehicle without permission and left the location westbound on El Norte Parkway. The female victim followed the suspect to the area of 120 West El Norte Parkway and pointed out the stolen vehicle to the Officer.  The Officer confronted the suspect in the parking lot. Moments later the officer reported shots fired over the radio. The suspect was struck several times and was eventually transported to a local area hospital. The suspect is Michael Joshua Flores, 27 of Escondido. Flores is currently in stable condition. The Officer in the shooting was not injured. The name of the Officer is not being released at this time.

         Flores is facing multiple charges, including a restraining order violation, auto theft and assault with a deadly weapon against a peace officer.
