How do I subscribe to an RSS Feed in Windows Internet Explorer?

• Click the RSS Feeds RSS Icon button to view feeds on the Web page.
• Click Subscribe to this feed.
• Type a name for the feed and select the folder to create the feed in.
• Click the Add to Favorites Bar check box.
• Click Subscribe.
• To view subscribed feeds, click the browser's Favorites button, then click the Feeds tab.

On 06/30/11 at about 1pm, officers from the Escondido Police Department responded to a 911 call at El Norte Liqour (1284 N. Escondido Blvd) reference a 9 year old girl being struck by a bicyclist in the parking lot of the business.  The girl suffered a broken leg from the collision.  The bicyclist immediately fled the scene and was seen riding his bicycle southbound on Escondido Blvd from the liquor store.  The victim was transported to PMC by Escondido Fire paramedics for medical treatment. 

The suspect is described as a 13-15 year old Hispanic juvenile wearing a black T-shirt and riding a black BMX style bicycle. 

The cause of the collision is still being investigated by the Escondido Police Department Traffic Division.  Anyone with information on this case is encouraged to call Officer S. Christensen of the Escondido Police Department Traffic Division at 760-839-4962.
