Harassing or Threatening Phone Call

This system will allow you to immediately file an online police report without waiting and print a copy of the report for free. If you have been the victim of harassing calls and do not know the person who is calling, you can use this system. If you know the person who is calling or your life has been threatened, DO NOT use the online reporting system, instead please contact the Escondido Police Department at 760-839-4722.

After completing your report, please contact your phone service provider, as noted on your telephone bill, with the report number you receive at the end of this process. Follow your phone service provider's instructions and keep a record of date, time and the phone number (if you have caller ID) of harassing or threatening calls.

Only information with the red asterisk * is mandatory. If you have an email address, please enter it so you can get the status of your report (email addresses are not used for any other purpose).
