• Click the Add to Favorites Bar check box.

On 03-07-14, at approximately 2105 hours, an unknown adult male entered the CVS store at 2427 East Valley Parkway in Escondido. The subject approached the Pharmacist, put a box cutter-type blade to his back and then forced the Pharmacist into the pharmacy area.

The suspect ordered the Pharmacy staff to give him an assortment of drugs. Also taken was cash from the cash drawers.  The suspect fled out the backdoor of the business.

Suspect described as a 25 to 30 years old, 5’8” tall, heavy build, unshaven and light-skinned.  The suspect was wearing a black ball cap, a black hoodie sweatshirt, and black jeans.  The suspect had tattoos on his hands and lower arms and a scar on his wrist, that appeared to have been self-inflicted. The injury appeared infected.  Suspect was also wearing clear latex-type type gloves.
