How do I subscribe to an RSS Feed in Windows Internet Explorer?

• Click the RSS Feeds RSS Icon button to view feeds on the Web page.
• Click Subscribe to this feed.
• Type a name for the feed and select the folder to create the feed in.
• Click the Add to Favorites Bar check box.
• Click Subscribe.
• To view subscribed feeds, click the browser's Favorites button, then click the Feeds tab.

On April 24, 2012 the Escondido Police Department conducted a Traffic Safety Checkpoint in the area of El Norte Parkway and Kaile Lane.  Following are the results of this event:

 

  • 351 vehicles passed through the checkpoint location
  • 327 vehicles were contacted by screening officers
  • 24 drivers/vehicles were directed to secondary
  • 1 vehicle was impounded
  • One commercial vehicle was inspected
  • 8 citations were issued
    • One violation for unlicensed driver
    • Two violations for no proof of insurance
    • One violation for improper child safety seat
    • One violation for designated lane use
    • One violation for a sign violation
    • One violation for an unlawful U-Turn
    • One violation for violation of a motor carrier permit
    • One violation for improper declared vehicle weight

 

The Traffic Safety Checkpoint demonstrated the Escondido Police Department’s commitment to traffic safety- licensed drivers, using seatbelts and child restraint seats, while driving mechanically safe vehicles that also happen to be properly registered and insured.
