How do I subscribe to an RSS Feed in Windows Internet Explorer?

• Click the RSS Feeds RSS Icon button to view feeds on the Web page.
• Click Subscribe to this feed.
• Type a name for the feed and select the folder to create the feed in.
• Click the Add to Favorites Bar check box.
• Click Subscribe.
• To view subscribed feeds, click the browser's Favorites button, then click the Feeds tab.

Escondido Police Department Acting Chief Cory Moles has announced the promotion of Sergeants Greg Kogler and Justin Murphy to the rank of Police Lieutenant.

Lieutenant Greg Kogler is an 11 ½ year veteran of EPD with an additional five years at San Diego Police Department as a Police Officer.  He was promoted to Sergeant at EPD in 2006.  Lt. Kogler has worked in the Patrol, Traffic, and Investigations Bureaus over his career at EPD.  Lt. Kogler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Research Methods from National University and a Master’s of Public Administration with an emphasis on Organizational Development from National University. 

Lieutenant Justin Murphy has been with EPD for 15 years with an additional two years at the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department as a Deputy Sheriff .  He was promoted to Sergeant at EPD in 2005.  Lt. Murphy has worked in the Patrol and Traffic Bureaus over his career at EPD.  He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Azusa Pacific University in Applied Management.
