The Escondido Police Department is actively searching for a missing 48-year-old Hispanic male who is considered at risk. Raul Valdez was discovered missing from his home in the area of 2400 Block of Bear Valley pkwy. Mr. Valdez left home without his medication putting his health at risk. Mr. Valdez walks with a crutch and wears his hair pulled into a pony tail. Mr. Valdez may be wearing a dark shirt and jeans. He requires medication and may become disoriented if the medication is not taken. He does not have a car and usually walks to and from his residence staying on the east side of Escondido. Anyone with information about his current whereabouts is asked to contact the Escondido Police Department at 760-839-4722. See attached photo.
