On 03-09-11, at about 1700 hours, the Escondido Police Department received a letter from the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office regarding the Officer involved shooting that took place on March 30, 2010.

The San Diego County District Attorney’s office has concluded that no charges are merited from the shooting incident that took place on March 30, 2010, at 349 West 10th Ave., Escondido.
